After going through 5 minutes of prompts to talk to a live person I get transferred to my local shop where the phone rings 10 times and then a message comes on saying we cannot take your call at this time, thank you and then hangs up.
I call back again and after going through the same 5 minutes of prompts I finally talk to live person and simply ask them if they have a windshield for my vehicle because I am hearing it's a 6-month wait and the only way they can tell me is to go through the claim process.
