My jeep rear window shattered and needed to be replaced, I had extra work that needed to be done, they did a fantastic job. The price was very fair. It took them longer much than expected because of my jeep and they still charged me what was quoted even though it took longer . I think the quality of their work is top notch. I highly recommend this place

Had a simple window chip repair and now they broke my whole windshield. I have never had this happen in 35 years of getting my window repaired and they said it happens all the time. A simple $150 dollar repair is now a new $1800 windshield????

The repair process is an attempt to save the integrity of the glass. At times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; the paying party will be reimbursed the full repair amount upon scheduling a replacement, if you paid for the repair out of pocket, that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Absolutely avoid this Draper location. When your insurance covers the OEM windshield and then Safelight installs an aftermarket, it COMPETELY voids your car's windshield warranty. When the rear view mirror fell off, my dealership wouldn't cover it because of the now voided warranty and Safelight refused to order a new one. The branch manager said the next best thing was to replace the windshield with another aftermarket. After they ordered a new one, I went to have it installed and the branch manager said she told me wrong and were now only replacing the broken bracket. She refused to make things right and would rather lose a long time loyal customer. There are plenty of other reputable glass repair companies to choose from. I would recommend avoiding Safelight.

It said they would replace the rear window and seal it up, but would not do a reseal on the existing rear window that is in perfect condition other needing to be resealed. So selling me a window that I don't need is the only thing they are interested in.
