I needed a windshield replaced. I checked with a couple of local glass dealers, they could replace the glass, but are not able to recalibrate all the electronics in the windshield on my Chevy high country pickup. I would have needed to schedule an appointment with a dealership to get that part done.
After calling my insurance agent at State Farm and asked about reputable glass repair companies with a one stop appointment. I settled for Safelite.
It was a great decision, they got me in the next day, sent me progress messages over the next 2 hours. Gave me after appointment instructions for proper curing time and sent a text when the curing time ended.
They were friendly, professional and courteous.
I will never use another vehicle glass company again.
Not that I want another shattered windshield, but if I do, safelite will be fixing it.
They also take care of all the insurance end of things as well.
Easy as that.
Try them. You won’t be disappointed!
