Took them under an hour after I dropped it off walked me through all of the aftercare steps and there are no leaks. I'll happily do business with Safelite in the future.

It all went very smoothly. I was able to drop my car off and they texted me when it was done. The technician did a great job and all the functions were recalibrated.

Review by Pete on 23 Jul 2026review stating Best automotive experience
This was all-around the best automotive repair experience I've had in the SLC area. Walking into the store was much better than fighting through all the safelite. com menus to get the right model, glass and appointment. Just showed up and 5 minutes later had an appointment on the day and at the time I wanted.
Alex was friendly and professional from the time I rolled into the parking lot. He did a great job explaining the procedure, asked if I had any questions and made the drop-off so easy.
Within the timeframe I was given, and with a text notification, I was informed that the car was ready to be picked up. Last minute I requested the rain repell treatment be put on the new windshield and Alex didn't blink, didn't balk. He just said it'll be done before you get here. And it was.
The shop in Sandy on 114th is great. Highly recommended. These guys are to most auto shops in the area what Trader Joes is to Walmart. They do a great job at a great price and make you feel like customers actually are important.
