I requested Safelight to install my broken glass online. I also talked with several people by telephone who I found them very informative and at the same time helpful to accomplish my request. In the day of my appointment the installer called and informed me he was in his way and arrived before my appointment time. This guy was very respectful like he was prior military. You know, greeted me in a very profession matter and was very well trained profession. Took the time to explain everything through out the process and when finished, he went over the bill and thanked me for allowing Safelight to install my glass.

Every time I've had a rock hit my windshield on the interstate, it's been a quick and simple process to have satelite repair it. I've always initiated the claim with my insurance provider and Safelite would quickly come to wherever I have my car and fix it! I'm very very thankful!!
The only thing to note this last time was although my replacement windshield is brand new, there seems to be something weird going on with the glass, right at eye my level. It's like looking through a pair of glasses with a prescription that's a bit too strong.

The technician who changed my windshield was very pleasant and did an excellent job. My only objection was that the price quoted for the windshield wiper increased dramatically (by text message) during the installation. Fortunately, the technician offered to cancel the wipers when I complained to him.
