This was not my first experience using Safelite but it was my first going into a Safelite shop. I had something hit the edge of my Frontier windshield that started a crack that grew halfway across it. The work was excellent. Not terribly fast but they were busy. The AC was out in the office but they got portable AC going in there as quickly as possible. Neither of those things were their fault. So, five stars.

While traveling to FL from IL, my windshield cracked. I was able to make an appointment online very quickly. Safelite had it replaced and everything calibrated in a matter of a few hours. Very professional staff and fantastic work. Can’t thank them enough!
