They did not honor our appointment window. Insisted on showing up at 7:45 and only allowing a 15 min window. At 8:02 their tech was late himself and they just cancelled our appt when the vehicle was here by 8:30 and our window was 8-12. No manager on side! A rude lady was arguing at me on the phone.
