A rock put a two foot crack in my front windshield and it had to be replaced. I dropped my car off at the shop and was helped right away and it was ready ahead of time. I was helped immediately when I arrived to pick it up and it was immaculate inside, you would never know anything happened. I'm very impressed with the entire process.

I initiated a Claim for a 12” crack on my front windshield through my Allstate Insurance Agent on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. I used my Comprehensive Coverage deductible for the repair. They scheduled an appointment with Safelite on Friday, July 10, 2026. The windshield technician (Ramiro) arrived within the time promised and did an OUTSTANDING job !!! The entire process took approximately 3 hours and he explained what he performed along with the warranty for the new windshield. I already shared the great experience I had with Safelite and the technician with several of my friends and family members. Gracias

Ice tried calling to get a live person to help me at the Palm Springs location but the automed AI system doesn't give me the option I need. I tried 3 different ones to try to reach a live person and the system hangs up on me or sends me in circles getting no where.
