I was absolutely amazed by the professionalism and knowledge shown by Curtis. He was even able to remove a piece of my car necessary to install the windshield and was actually able to reinstall it even though this procedure on my car is almost guaranteed to need replacement parts to reinstall. He was very friendly, had no problems explaining what the job entailed (I was curious and asked a lot of questions). I would wholly recommend Safelite to friends and would not hesitate to use them again. I am very pleased and feel that it was money well spent. Gracias

The Service SUCKED!!! It was terrible I waited 3 and 1/2 hours for my windshield to be replaced and recalibrated and it still wasn't completed. Some problem with their calibration even though my car said everything was working fine. I had to return another day. And they wouldn't do it at my house. Said I lived in a different county even though they were closer to me. Offered no compensation for my time and gas.
