Installer was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. He advised us of what to expect, what to do and not do after installation, and assured us that in the unlikely event that if there were anti problems they would be taken care of quickly and completely. We would use Safelite again if necessary before any other. Safelite has a great reputation because they have earned it.

Rene was very professional and quick replacing my window. Rene and Brandon were a pleasure to work with. , would gladly work with them again. My only disappointment is with the Safelite AI system. Original scheduling was easy enough, there was an error in the scheduling, I was unable to contact a real person to correct it took three days to resolve.
