Team is professional, fast and courteous. I failed to read the drop off instruction completely and did not have the vehicle at the proper charge needed for the work to be conducted. The team handled my irritation well and stayed calm despite my frustration. Work was performed well, clean and on time. I did note that despite the calibration being conducted when I put my car in full self drive it decided it wanted to cross the left lane line and straddle it. I ran the manual calibration twice and drove the required miles and now it’s locked in. I didn’t tell the team I had full self drive and I’m sure they conducted the calibration. Just don’t think it was checked against the self drive feature.

The technician called to let me know what time he was going to arrive. He showed up promptly. He did completed the windshield replacement and everything worked fine.

It was very easy to set up an appointment to have the window shield replaced. They came my place and did the replacement in less than two hours. The tech was knowledgeable and willing to share the necessary information with me. This was my second experience with Safelite and do it again if necessary.
