Twice we had scheduled to have our windshield replaced! Had to push off our personal plans! Only to be called and told that the glass did not come in! When I took the manager to task a second time he hung up on me then refunded monies! Left me dead in the water!

My initial technician was very friendly and seemed to do a good job, but a crack started forming two days after the install. I scheduled a warranty appointment but the technician cancelled and said I would get a call back to reschedule but I never did. I rescheduled online and the technician refused to compete the warranty service because of a rock chip crack that happened after the initial crack. I have spent two days attempting to reach someone to discuss options and have been unable to talk to the shop manager and just keep getting run around by the 800 number people.

All went well, from initial appointment set-up to actual installation. Estimated 2-3 hrs to complete, was done in just under 3 hours. Only minor issue was that, upon arriving for scheduled appointment, I was told that there was a chance the replacement windshield would not match the car's requirements (standard statement, apparently), but it was fine. I had tried (unsuccessfully) to actually call the local shop a few days in advance to verify the correct windshield would be available, but could only initiate a chat which stated that it would be. Not very convincing, seemed to just be a stock answer without any real verification.
