We just had a windshield replaced via Safelite’s mobile service. The tech , Anthony did an outstanding job. He was polite and friendly. He prepped, cleaned and installed the windshield, the truck looks like new.

EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! Insurance booked with the Oly office. Tech came to our house right on time & did the work in less than an hour. The tech who did the work (did not get name) was very courteous, very knowledgeable and did awesome work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was charged when I booked online and also not allowed to leave the store with my vehicle when I paid AGAIN! I still have not gotten a reimbursement for the second charge of $900!

I scheduled an appointment to be mobile at my house, and then got a notice that calibration needs to be done so needed to be IN SHOP. ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE AUTOMATED, NO ONE ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE GODDAMN PHONE, AND YOU NEED TO HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION IN YOUR HANDS TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE RESERVATION. I DIDNT HAVE ALL THAT, SO WENT TO A SHOP AND NO ONE IS THERE. UNBELIEVABLE NEGATIVE SERVICE. NEVER EVER AGAIN. PISS OFF.
