First off, I would like to say thank you to the clerk named Rose. She was very friendly and got an appointment made for me really fast. I explained to her that I needed to get my rock chip fixed ASAP because I didn't want it to start cracking. The technician named Angel was very knowledgeable of the questions that I was asking her and did a great job. Her quality of work was superb. Both ladies have great customer service.

No receipt for the work done. Put the passenger side windshield wiper on in the wrong position. No phone number to get this done correctly. Technician turned radio station and volume high, left the AC on MAX.

Windshield Replacement/Wiper Failure

The staff at the Tacoma shop did a good job replacing my windshield. However I paid before the service was performed which included payment for wiper replacements. They didn't have the wipers, offered a refund or a return trip to get the wipers, opted for a refund and was told the refund had to be done by a manager (Brady) at a another location. The service was on 1/6/25 and after multiple calls and a message to corporate, I still have no refund. At this point I have given up, however I will NEVER return to Safelite and will tell anyone that asks about this cluster to go somewhere else.
