My windshield was hit by rocks on a recent trip and needed replacement when I got home. I went first to my insurance website to check on replacement and was sent directly to the Safelite website to schedule service. A few days later, Brian, my mobile service tech came to my house and got started. He was very friendly and efficient, and explained everything he needed to do. The glass was installed flawlessly. The recalibration process probably took the most time, and Brian got all the adjustments done perfectly. Everything was done within 1.5 to 2 hours and it looks great! It’s an experience to see a technician to his job very smoothly and when you ask him questions, he had no problem answering very professional. He was on top of things he finished on time he got in on time as well. I would definitely recommend.

The glass replacement was fine 5 stars but the take out of the rear my was a not that good. Unayto be fix by the technician I have to go to the shop in order to be fix if they can. For now I am driving without a rear mirror.
