To be clear, both of the techs that came out to my home to attempt to replace my windshield were both friendly and tried to resolve my problem, but the office manager and office itself have been absolutely horrible and I would advise anyone reading this to take your business elsewhere, even if to a different Safelite location. This office is nonresponsive and unfriendly when you do get someone on the phone. I called this office at least 12 times with no answer and no way to leave a message for anyone. The only time I did get someone on the phone was after I reached back out to one of the techs that came out and he was able to get someone for me finally. This is NOT how you run a business. Safelite corporate needs to do some serious training and/or replacement of management at this location.

The actual work that was done on the car was excellent. Problem was when I called customer service and they tried to contact the local office. The first time they tried to contact the local office I was hung up on, you could hear somebody there but they immediately hung up. I called back again to the main Safelite phone number they tried to connect me to the local office again and it sounded like I woke somebody up and I got hello Safelite blah blah blah blah and I couldn't understand them. They said they were going to check on the status of my car and after 10 minutes I hung up because they never came back on the line. I gave it about an hour called back again to the main safelite number they transferred me to the local office again and finally they gave me a status on my car. Which was actually much later than expected considering I had a 7:00 a. m. appointment and it wasn't going to be available until noon. So I didn't quite understand what the delay was there. Like I said, the work that was actually done was excellent. But the customer service at the local office sucked. So I'm on the fence about recommending them. I did wait over a week to do this review because I just wanted to give a fair review, not while I was still frustrated. But I do think there's definitely a customer service issue.
