Unfortunately I had to deal with a cracked windshield the day before my vacation started, and SAFELITE understood my predicament and took care of me. Not only did they schedule my replacement the day after I returned, but it was replaced by their technician “Brandon”. He was and is a professional with a courtesy call, confirming his time and arrival we I really appreciated. Brandon was on time, efficient and did a GREAT job which made me feel that I was in good hands. I do recommend that all who have a cracked windshield to allow SAFELITE to take away your worries.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After waiting 6 hours "Nicholas" called and canceled , saying he was too busy to come . Guess customer's time isn't important

First of all, it is hard to even get a human being on the phone. SL scheduled me for glass replacement and when we got there they said it was scheduled too late and they needed more time so we rescheduled and at that appointment was told glass was not in so had to reschedule yet again. Went in for 3rd time and it was replaced. I had to go back a 4th time because it it was installed poorly. It is still lifting up on the sides. I would not recommend this place at all!!
