It took 4 hours to complete my windshield installation, which is unacceptable. The employee I was working with was friendly and replenished the coffee and went above and beyond. Unfortunately that way the only highlight of the experience.

The vehicle safety systems were not properly recalibrated and now I have no cruise controls and no safety features such as brake assist. Also the heads up display, which as you know is on my windshiled is no longer centered. Either the heads up display was moved and not put back correctly or the glass is of poor quality as the reflection is slanted.

Our technician was polite and helpful. He was quick and did a great job. We were traveling and going to our hotel when a rock hit our window and shattered it. We called safelight and the next day our window was fixed.

Two things went wrong after the installer had left. One, the rear view mirror is now wabbling and vibrating. Two, a mysterious dent appeared on the hood that wasn't there before
