My car was broken in to and I scheduled an appointment with Safelite Melbourne Fl West New Haven location, the replaced the window however I kept hearing wind coming through and notices the rubber was off kilter and was being drug down when I rolled the window down. I called they said I had to schedule another appointment which I did. When I took my vehicle there the tech Don met me before I could get into the building and asked if I was the one who was hearing wind to which I replied yes. He asked me to roll the window down and proceeded to bull on the rubber for a few minutes then said, there you go. Should be all fixed. I rolled the window down a few times and said no, still not fixed. The tech Don was quick to respond that there was nothing else he could do and not sure what I wanted. He went on to say he wasn't sure what I wanted him to do, my response was fix it correctly. Don said he could glue it but that's not something they would normally do, and seemed perfectly alright with that answer? I asked Don to come around so I asked if he could please come around to see what I was seeing, he did and the finally in a very displeased voice, ok I guess you will need to leave it and I will have to take the door apart, again an appointment had already been set. He later called to let me know the car was ready. I asked if he was able to determine what was wrong, yes, the window was bowed. Great it's fixed. No, it wasn't. I called again 3rd times the charm? I spoke to the "store manager" Ken and although he listeded he was clearly rushed and interjected several times. Said he would make sure it was done and done correctly. Window replaced again, now the motor sounds strained when trying to close it. I called Ken again this morning, he again listened and said he would call back. To my surprise Ken did not call me back, Don the tech who tried to blow me off called back, during our conversation he also indicated that Ken was an Assistance Store Manager not the Store Manager who is actually Mike.....I mean really? Safelight does windows but appears they cant do them correctly, and the third time is not the magic number.

Clasificada como 5 de 5 por de Great Service! I had a 7:30 am Wednesday appt. 50/50 chance the correct glass was in stock at the shop. Modern day windshields have too many add on's, so the exact windshield needs to be in stock to replace. The team was able to locate one and I was done by 10:30. Excellent service. They even vacuumed the car. I would have gotten a complimentary wash but it was a rainy day. I would have done a mobile repair but Hasbrouk Heights had a spot open. I would refer anyone to this location. Large wating room with coffee and TV.

Clasificada como 2 de 5 por de Good service but 1 problem Used them awhile back and they did a solid job and met the time frame I was given. However, my wipers have been making a bad noise for awhile and I was told it would make noise for a bit then fix itself but it hasn't. I have read on reviews that this a common mistake they forget to readjust the wipers after the service has been completed. I will be contacting them in hopes that they can fix it.

Upon arrival, the technician explained to me what my options were that is, fixing the quarter size windshield crack vs changing the entire windshield. Once done, he went over the area he fixed to ensure I was satisfied with his work. the I couldn't had expected better customer service.
