As I was dropping my vehicle off for windshield repair I was told to scan my credit card for pre-authorization. Before the work is complete. I told the receptionist I will not pay or scan my cc until the work has been completed a man came out from a back room telling me I started a argument. I asked him who are you? He was rude so I asked for my keys and left that place

The technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and did a great job replacing the glass. Everything was handled efficiently and the work was done perfectly. Safelite couldn't have made this easier. I scheduled everything online. The communication was excellent. The Tech that came to my home was personable, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Replacing my windshield in the driveway in high winds and cold weather couldn't have been easy, but he did it in a short amount of time without any complaints. Thank you to this Tech.
