Thanks to Brian and Safelite our trip to a wedding in Caledonia, MI was saved after a rock hit our bmw panoramic sunroof and shattered. We found this shop online and Brian immediately got us in, dried it off from the rain we were having and double “crash wrapped” our roof so we could get home from MI to WI tomorrow and get it home to a BMW dealer. Brian was courteous, sympathetic and simply great to deal with. He didn’t charge us for the wrap and indicated it was complementary. The whole process was fast too! They came right out to my house (about 30 miles away). After realizing that my cracked windshield could not be repaired but needed to be replaced, a new windshield was ordered and installed within a few days. The service technician was very professional and did a nice job. Completely removed, replaced, and hauled away old windshield in about an hour.
