Had my windshield replaced on my 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup. Technician noticed the replacement windshield was scratched so instead of installing, he notified me and I returned a few days later to have an unscratched new windshield installed. Front desk was very informative and polite as was the technician. All good!

The repair process is an attempt to save the integrity of the glass. At times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; the paying party will be reimbursed the full repair amount upon scheduling a replacement, if you paid for the repair out of pocket, that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. I took my car in for a windshield replacement in July. They replaced the windshield but the wipers were not adjusted properly nor was the cowling that secures to the windshield by clips done right. After going back 3 times to have these issues taken care of all I got were excuses, the car is 10 years old, the car is a Honda and this is an issue with Honda, they never remove the cowling or wiper wands hen replacing the windshield. They failed to take pictures before they did the work that would have showed the car I took there wasn't the car I picked up. However I had. After realizing they were going to do nothing at that point I took it to my mechanic. The clips that hold the cowling were damaged as was the cowling center and side pieces. I had to replace them. The wiper wands took alot of time to adjust so they worked right. My insurance paid for the windshield I paid another $300+ to get everything fixed. Check out another Safelite. Don't use the Woodbrige location at 2726 Metro Plz
