had scheduled to repair small spec in window, Service tech said 50/50 chance of working with an attitude. When I questioned this insane service. He coped an attitude. tossed him off our property.

Walked in to an empty front desk at 11:40. Pushed the button and the bell rang loudly but no one came out of the garage that was blasting out Eminem music. Hit the bell again and again no one came out. I guess they just do not want my business.

The whole experience went extremely well. My technician Mark was very professional, and it's clear he's a pro. He took the time to discuss options for window moldings and ordered them from the shop. Even though it took a little time for the moldings to come in, I'd much rather 'do it right the first time' than do a piecemeal rushed job. Additionally, the communication from the main office, the texts, and the internet site (for scheduling, etc) were all top notch. All VERY well done.

The tech installing the windshield was frustrated with our company camera system. There is video of him cursing at the camera that was adhered to the windshield and the camera was never attempted to be re-installed on new windshield nor was I notified that he couldn't re-affix it.
