We were recommended Safelite for the efficiency and convenience, but unfortunately we found neither to be true for us. We ran into issues on the website, having to repeat the process 5x to get our request to go through, only to then have the first available mobile service date to be in 3 business days, or a shop appointment for 2 business days away. We opted for the mobile service out of safety due to our windshield needing to be replaced, not repaired. We emailed after booking the appointment to see about getting an earlier appointment, but never received a response. Less than 24 hours before our appointment, we received a call saying we would need to reschedule due to weather because we didn't have a garage. No mention of a tent being supplied was mentioned (we would have been willing to even pay for the use of a tent if Safelite offered it). We unfortunately could not be rescheduled until another business day, and we were required to drive our car into the shop to be fixed, which took up our entire day and required us to drive the vehicle, which we felt was unsafe. The next available mobile appointment wasn't for another 5 days. We event told the representative on the call that this is our only vehicle but we were not met with any solutions.

It was very easy to set up an appointment. They were able to fit us in quickly which was great. The staff was excellent and very professional. The quality of work was great and done in a timely manner. I would not consider anyone else if I need any auto glass replacement.

I was able to make an appointment quickly online to have the side glass of my car repaired. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and my car was taken back right away. They did an excellent job on the replacement!

I would have left them a review last year but we are finding out new information about our car today. So here it is. Last year my elderly parents tried getting a driver's side window replaced in a classic car. Safelite in winchester said they could do it. The regulator part was ordered then my parents called safelite to come fix it and they said they couldn't do that in the field, they had to do that in the shop. So my parents take it into the shop then they're being told that they don't replace regulators. Unbelievable! Now a year later we have ordered the glass and tried to have it fixed at a very respected and trusted shop only to be told that the hardware inside the door is missing and now we need to find a junk car to TRY and get those parts to finally fix this window. And who took those parts off in the 1st place? Up, safelite in winchester. So not only did they screw around an elderly couple but now they stole parts that we can't just order anywhere. I would never call upon this place ever again. Absolutely horrible service all the way around.
