I scheduled my windshield replacement online for it to be replaced at my residence. I was given the date of the appointment and a window of service between 8am-1pm. On the day of the service appointment, shortly after 8am I received a call from the Safelite technician, (Tucker), letting me know what his expected eta was. Tucker called me back again when he was on his way over and showed up exactly when he had stated. He explained the entire process to me and then went about his work in the most expert and professional manner. He completed the job within 1. 5 hours and once he was finished he even took the extra time to explain exactly what he had done and he also shared some tips for me to follow. Tucker's level of customer service was exemplary and he is an expert level skilled technician. I would trust all my future repairs to Tucker and I thank Safelite for having such a great technician assigned to my service needs.

Safelite repaired a windshield in 2019 but a small crack was still visible. When I needed to have the vehicle State inspected it was failed because of the crack. Called Safelite & they sent out a windshield replacement tech, replaced the glass & the vehicle sailed through inspection. Great result!
