The initial appt I had for windshield replacement at my home was cancelled by text message with no reason given. I called and the person I spoke with did not know why. I rescheduled online and got a lot of text messages confirming then confirming again then confirming the day before then again on the day he was coming. Seems to be a good job, the driver side wiper was put on slightly too close to the passenger side but it only matters when lifting the wiper .

Disliked not being able to communicate with the local install store. All calls routed to a national number. Forced me into multiple 2O mile one way drives to the store. Appointment unfortunately cancelled twice. Once because the replacement windshield arrived cracked and once because there was not a tesla installer to do the installation? My insurer said that new wipers were recommended/required. I already had the wipers I use and was told the wiper charge could be removed and the wipers installed. The wipers were left in the car uninstalled.
Two staff members that I talked to at the store were very good.
