My windshield cracked due to a defroster on a freezing morning. Setting up a replacement at my place of work was an easy experience on line. They asked some insurance questions and I didn't have to do anything. Their technician Eugenio came to my workplace and called me before the estimated time to say he was on his way, which worked out great for me. Once Eugenio arrived he explained what he was going to do, including calibrating the dash cam and other electronics on the window. He was professional and friendly. When the windshield was replaced he called me and we met again to discuss what he had done and what I needed to do to insure a successful install. Overall it was a good experience. The windshield is installed perfectly, and is so clean. I love my new Safelite windshield.

The entire staff was beyond professional including the tech who worked on my truck for sure . they were all kind and caring about my service and too be sure I was happy. The front desk clerk was beyond helpful and extremely professional her customer service was above and beyond excellent she deserves alot of credit for all is skills
