My windshield replacement on my Ford Taurus was prompt and professional in every way. , I was notified well in advance as to the technicians arrival along with a picture to identify him. He arrived per his estimated time and made sure I understood his requirement to do the job, as well as an estimate for the completion. I told him if he needed any assistance I would be happy to help and he said thank you very much but I have everything I need. Once complete he went over the guarantee and a couple of thinks to note such as no power washing for a couple of days. I was pleased with the work, the technician is a real credit to Safelite.

after the service I called your service man and told him he left glass on the ground, and he should come back and clean it up he told me he doesn't do that with an attitude and seemed like he didn't care. you should teach your people to treat your customer better that that i will not be your customer anymore

I got a quote online to get my windshield replaced, and scheduled for them to come to my house. First rescheduled for weather, and then something happened again with the repair man which caused a reschedule, and finally the third time I got called and told I had to bring it in to a shop because of the adhesive. I got told someone should have informed me of that. On my call to confirm the appointmentI was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. I sat there for over 3 hours for it to be done.
