Last Wednesday, June 24, Safelite once again exceeded expectations: the quote and timeline were accurate. In fact, windshield replacement was completed earlier than anticipated. The personnel were courteous, answered questions promptly and created a professional, caring atmosphere. Won’t go anywhere else for auto window repair.

I originally had an appointment on Saturday and Safelite called me and said they wouldn't be able to replace my window on Saturday because they didn't have the windshield. The appointment was changed to Monday. I had an email confirmation of my appointment and when I walked in the receptionist said she didn't have anything for me. She was rude about it and made it seem like it was my fault for being there. I showed her my email confirmation, she said she didn't have the windshield and I left. I wasted a day of vacation trying to fix my windshield because of their system. Do NOT use Safelite unless you have to and make sure they have the windshield in stock before you take a day off.

My insurance directed me to Safelite twice. Once for my son's car and once for my truck. They had to come out multiple times to replace my son's windshield. They did not have the correct windshield the first time. The second one was damaged. Finally got it right the third time. Scheduled an appointment for my truck. I got an email and text confirming the appointment. I got another one saying they were not able to recalibrate the sensors when they replaced the windshield. It's kind of hard to recalibrate anything if the technician never showed up to the appointment!
Customer service was equally useless. I got bounced around every time I tried to call and find out why the technician never showed. I still haven't been able to reschedule the appointment.
100% will never accept Safelite from my insurance provider again!
