I noticed my windshield was strucked by something and caused cracks.
I notified Geico and they recommended Safelite at Wappingers Fall location. They were AMAZING. From stellar customer service and efficiency to the quality of the replacement I must share how pleased I am all around. The work was completed today in less than the 3 hrs window I was given. Making my day so much easier.

I had made an appointment for them to do it the day before the day that they actually did the job. But some how they got the date mixed up. But when I spoke with them they were able to fit me in early the next day.

They broke the plastic trim around windshield in multiple spots. They didn't say anything about it until I saw it and brought it to their attention only to tell me, "Yeah, that's a Mopar issue with cars of these years." Also, the replacement windshield they installed has ripples (defects) in multiple areas of the glass and scratches. I originally thought that bringing my car to their shop would be better choice as it's in a controlled environment rather than using their mobile glass service, boy was I wrong on that assumption. I would avoid this Safelite installation location if I was you.
