My appointment was Saturday, May 2 at 1 PM, they replaced my windshield and Cesar called and asked if I wanted my windshield tent strip replaced as well, he did an amazing job and had it done in a couple of hours! I would definitely recommend this place!

I met the team at the Country Club prior to my upcoming windshield replacement (warranty from a different location). The staff at this location seemed calm, detailed, and considerate of my 3 previous experiences. I look forward to a pleasant presentation of the completion of the windshield!!

The Worst Experience

My insurance company referred me to this office for a windshield replacement on my 2001 Toyota Tacoma and it took 3 tries to get it right. I will never use Safelite again! The work was done the week before Christmas so it was not convenient to schedule 2 additional appointments. The work was done at my home. Kevin, the first technician, was fabulous and noticed a defect in the windshield after it was installed. Davin, the second technician, was unfriendly, had to borrow a pair of nitrile gloves, did not replace my dashboard cover, did not clean the windshield after installation and told us the glass was perfect. When I got into the truck the next day there was an obvious horizontal defect right in the driver's view that would not clean off. PJ, the third technician, was fabulous: he explained the previous windshield defects thoroughly and provided us with a perfect windshield. Someone at my club overheard me telling another person about my experience and she said the same thing happened to her.

Before i went to any safelite, I checked out the reviews for the ones closest to me. The saflite at 6401 s. Country Club Rd had the best reviews. When I arrived there, I was greeted with total respect and very friendly customer service. The building was very clean and the restrooms too. I want to take time out to say thank you all at safelite for servicing my Chevy Impala front windshield. I would recommend this safelite at 6401 s. Country Club Rd to repair your glass. Thank you all.
