My technician, Guillermo, was early, friendly, and replaced my windshield within the estimated time. When he was done replacing it, he cleaned all the windows on my vehicle and explained the warranty in detail. I am very happy with the product and impressed by Guillermo.

Guillermo did a great job on replacing my windshield. He transferred my car wash sticker and my oil change sticker. I have a dash cam and he even hid the cords for it. Replacement and calibration was done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with his work.

Recently we had to replace the windshield on our Nissan after a rock struck the glass and caused a crack. We used Safelite and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Making the appointment online was quick and easy, which made the entire process much less stressful. I waited at the shop during the repair, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. They had coffee, TV, and even the other customers were enjoyable to talk with while waiting. The work was completed professionally, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle free. We would definitely use them again if needed.
