My windshield was hit with a rock while driving on the expressway and cracked vertically and horizontally. Safe flight was able to give me a new windshield within two days and it’s beautiful.

I had to come in twice due to a calibration issue with the first windshield. On the first visit, my vehicle was returned to me with debris on my seats, dash, and floor, and my auto lights were turned off. On the second visit, they did an excellent job in record time. My only complaint is that my auto lights were turned off again.

No came and no showed twice

I have waited over a week and still no window repair. They ordered the wrong window part and had to reschedule for the next day. Then never showed up the next day to fix it and canceled out appointment without notifying us, and also rescheduled without notifying us. I called again a day to make this right and they changed the appointment to happen that day due to the no show and still never showed up. I have a broken window over a week later.
