I had an appointment scheduled and unfortunately it had to be rescheduled because the window came with a chip/crack in it. After getting it rescheduled, and the woman was so kind and sweet, the man who did my repair was amazing! He called to let me know he was going to be later than expected originally and when he got there he got to work right away. My car was giving him trouble getting the cameras recalibrated, but he didn't give up and even drove down to Ann Arbor to get new equipment to get it to work correctly. He was very kind, apologetic that it took longer than expected, and kept me in the loop with every step. He was a great example of what customer service should look like!
