I took my Volvo in for a small Chip in the windshield yesterday and was told it had been repaired before and they did nothing. Today the chip is larger. It makes you wonder why I went in for a repair on my windshield and left with a larger chip.

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass; at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Scheduled an appt for a mobile repair. Got called the day before (Friday) to confirm my Saturday appt between 12 and 4. At 430 Saturday I had to call Safelite to find out no one was ever scheduled to do my windshield replacement. Great job wasting my Saturday afternoon Safelite!
