Probably the worst service I have ever received, still waiting on warranty work from June 2025. I have called over 10 times to corporate and nothing, even worse the local shop. Never again! Still trying to get the pieces replaced they broke.

Had to reschedule 3x's because of no show Tech, no phone call any of the times. Come to find out they didn't have my windshield but yet they rescheduled. Windshield is coming in Friday the 15th @5: AM and Tech should be here from 8 AM to 1 PM . I am not holding my breath. Should get a discount for all the BS. They don't even deserve one star

Had a scheduled appointment thru my insurance with these fools on APril 21st, 20254 from 8-12 in the morning. Was on vacation and booked the appointment 3 days in advance. Waited from 8-12 on the 21st, no technician was available. Tried to call the shop directly and this is impossible because of Safelites call center which takes FOREVER to get ahold of someone. After calling 2 more times, I found out that the shop was unable to get the part for my car and could not repair my vehicle. THis is 6 hours after the scheduled appointment. No call, no shows should not happen in this day and age and never got an apology from the shop at all. Had to drive 12 hours home with a leaky windshield that I had to duct tape. These guuys are pathetic and SAFELITE STINKS.

Where is the technician? Due to a bad rock chip, the technician came to the house to fix. He wasn't able to do the quick fix and the windshield cracked several more inches. I had to call and reschedule a windshield replacement. It was scheduled a few days later. I took the entire day to stay home and wait for the repair and the technician was a no show. I called and scheduled a third time for four days later, and again the technician was a no show. I called the toll-free number and spoke with a gentleman who called the local Safelight dealer who claims they do not have an appointment scheduled for me today, nor do they have the windshield for the replacement. I have sat home for two days waiting for a technician without a call. Extremely poor service. They should lose their dealership. Give it to someone who can communicate and care for the customer.
