Safelite does it again. Had to get another windshield replaced due to rock damage on the roads. Process was smooth and easy. Choice of having replacement done at the house or the shop. Chose the shop because it could be done sooner. The shop was clean and the people real professional and friendly. Estimated time was between 2 1/2 to 3 hours. It was probably complete in less than 1 1/2 hours. Highly impressed with the service I received. Safelite is my go to when it comes to getting my windshield replaced.

The end-to-end experience with Safelite was excellent. Scheduling the at-home mobile windshield replacement was quick and easy. Reminder communications leading up to the appointment were simple and useful. The technician, Cade, did an exceptional job of communicating directly with me. He called the morning of the appointment to give me a more specific timeframe. He also gave me a courtesy call when he was en route. Cade was very professional and polite. He completed the replacement quickly, with no issues. After completing the job, he explained that I needed avoid pressure washing or car washing for a couple days to ensure that the windshield glue would cure correctly. Cade was exceptional!
