I had a windshield replaced on May 3, 2025. I thought everything was done satisfactorily. I then noticed from time to time my car would smell musty. Today I found a huge puddle of water in the passenger side floorboards. Upon checking my window, I see that a plastic piece on the lower passenger side corner of the window was not properly glued down and water has been leaking down my window, behind my dash and onto the carpet of my car. When I tried to contact this store, alll I got was an automated service that couldn't help. With a week worth of storms coming in, and a planned out of County trip for the holidays, I have a vehicle that is going to flood every time I take it out of the garage and a 2 hour trip to take it to their shop to rectify if I can even get ahold of a live person. DO BETTER SAFELITE.

I called Safelite, Santa Rosa 9/5 a. m. Appointment set for Sat 9/6 at home 8-12. Tech here little after 8:00. Great Tech! Fast, knew exactly what to do, did great job. Give him a bonus, and thank him for me. Bob Samuel

Should have checked more carfully before the tech left. Found a puncture in the passenger seat. He also failed to remove and replace the panel below the front of the windshield. Just put the gasket over it. Too late to complain. Good price and he showed up on time.
