MY NEW KIA SUV GOT A CRACKED FRONT WINDSHIELD FROM A SAMLL ROCK TOSSED UP ON THE HIGHWAY. THE CRACK SPREAD TO ABOUT 8-10 INCHES IN NO TIME. I MADE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT WITH SAFELITE IN FAIRFIELD CA. WITHIN W HOURS INSTALLED AND RE-CALIBRATED. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT EXPERIENCE GREAT JOB!

Went through insurance and scheduled appt for the following week. Told to wait between 8 AM -Noon. No one called or showed up. Had to go through the nightmare automated system to get through to a person. On hold for half an hour. Was transferred to customer service in Ohio and informed that no one was "assigned" to the job that was scheduled over a week ago. No one at the shop was answering the phone. Only option was to send an email to District manager. Nothing resolved.

Stayed in my pj’s and simply handed Roberto my keys on a Saturday morning. He got down to business and I pre-authorized my card for charging. No miss, no fuss. He did a great job and while I kinda miss my little spider web, it’s glorious to see out of a bright, clean windshield. Thanks, Roberto!
