I had my windshield replaced by Safelite AutoGlass, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
Shortly after the installation, I discovered that the windshield wipers had been installed incorrectly. On the first rainy day, they crossed over each other and stopped working entirely, forcing me to purchase new wipers out of pocket.
More concerning, the front windshield camera system was affected after the replacement. This is a critical safety feature, and it appears it was not properly calibrated following the installation.
Although Safelite sent someone to address the wiper issue later, the overall situation reflects poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail. The camera issue has still not been resolved.

The tech was courtesy, verified he had the correct window. He would clean up the shattered glass inside the van. I handed the keys over it took less than 45 mins. It was like night and day. He did a great job!!!
