They billed through insurance charging $1400 but cash price was $470. They have been trying to avoid me paying cash. My insurance company is asking for their portion back and after 4 hours on phone and driving 40 miles to 2 different locations it's been over a week and they still haven't adjusted the bill putting me off to different people all the time. Im about ready to cancel the $1000 they put on my credit card. Very dysfunctional company.

booking was seamless and efficient they had to come twice wrong window but was fine in my case to do it the next day. So VIN might not identify the correct window sometimes
