The technician Tony was on time and kept us informed throughout the process. The car we replaced the front windshield on was older so he took the time to explain any damage possibilities with older plastic components. He was able to replace the windshield with no issues, even had extra parts he without charge replaced that were missing on the trim. Overall a great experience.

Booked an appointment for 1pm thru Farmers. Then got an email at 7pm saying they need the car there at 730 am since it is a Tesla. Managed to drop off. . and they had the glass in stock. Got a call an hour after dropping off car saying that that glass they have is not the right glass, so now need to put another glass in and it'll be $100 deductible + $270 more. Another hour, another call. The first glass is not defective but is a "different glass" and need to install some other glass for $100 deduc + $350 more.
How is this so bad? Terrible service and communication.
