Overall, I chalk it up to just "one of those things" that happens sometimes. Safelite is a big company that I have used in the past with other vehicles & this was the first issue that I have encountered. Andrea has been great & has done & offered anything she can. I would still use them again, even after all this. I would also give 3.5 stars if the app allowed for it. If it wasn't for the overall situation, it would have been 5 stars.
The customer service line is very nice and friendly, which isn't always a given. Extremely helpful.
The guy who worked on my car explained beforehand what he would be doing, what I should expect. I got the lifetime warranty and he even explained how that worked before I signed anything. I appreciate that so there is never the aftermath confusion.
Very quick. I walked to the gas station for some coffee and back and he was basically done. Easy.
I would absolutely come back to this location if I ever needed it again.
