Scheduled replacement through my insurance carrier and almost immediately I received a text from Safelite Escondido. They also updated me about ordering and confirming date and time. Received a call day before with confirmation time slot 1pm-5pm. William arrived early which was a plus for me. William was so courteous. He explained the process to me and finished within the amount of time given. Although a broken window is never a good thing Safelite made the replacement a great experience. Thank you William and Safelite.

Scheduled replacemet, got reminders for date and time a Couple of days before install was notified when service man would arrive and was spot on. Replacement took about one hour. All glass was cleaned. I like the prompt and accurate service by a friendly service agent. .

Reemplazo de parabrisas

Front desk representative was very helpful. We own a tesla and were instructed to bring the vehicle at 7:30AM because it can take about 4 to 5 hours to replace the windshield and calibrate the vehicle. We arrived at 7:30AM & we were told that we would get a message once the tech would start working on our car. The repair was started around 2PM and was done by 4PM. Very frustrating to be asked to bring our car at 7:30AM to only have the car worked at at 2PM. Our entire day was wasted. I am not sure why I had to get our car in the shop at 7:30AM to have my car sit in the parking lot for over 6 hours. The service was done at the Escondido location.
