I recently returned to Safelite AutoGlass in Placerville with a concern about my replaced windshield and protective coating, thinking the coating was dangerously obscuring my vision in bright sun and from oncoming headlights. Manager Jade was incredibly friendly and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the real issue: the interior of my windshield was just dirty and had a film on it. Even though I felt foolish, Jade provided outstanding customer service by cleaning it right away. His professionalism and kind approach made the experience positive. Highly recommend this location!

We had our windshield replaced in our Porsche Cayenne the guy who replaced it broke our review mirrors, just dangling and then tried to blame it on the mirror. No accountability do not recommend Safelite in Placerville.

Went to get my whole windshield replaced, the windshield they were sent had a crack which was unfortunate but the crew was very accommodating offering next day mobile service. I decided to go back to shop so they got me back in the next day with a new windshield, they had it done in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
