The service technician Dean called and arrived early, The first impression was excellent Dean explained the entire process for the chip repair both pro and con. He worked on my window quickly and was incredibly friendly. When the work was completed you couldn't even see where the damage was. Dean was an excellent representative of your company

Larry was on time and ready to get to work as soon as he arrived at the house. While Larry wasn't ultimately able to fix the crack. . . it was right on the black area of the glass, which is considered a No-No zone. . . he still helped me get the crack to stop spreading even further than it already had. He was a pleasure to speak with, and I had a great experience overall with his help and service.

Safelite Ranch Cordova replaced the windshield of my 2018 Ford Explorer back on 4/24/25 however due to the fact that the mounting mechanism was incorrect they were unable to re-calibrate the windshield's sensors. The solution was to bring out an OEM part. They attempted 3 additional times over the last month and still did not have the correct part and were unable to complete the service. My insurance company has stated that Safelite has been paid for their services, and the claim is now closed. How in the world can a company be paid for services that they haven't completed? This is outrageous. I don't recommend Safelite.
