I need to reconcile the estimate I got from Safelite and what my insurance quoted. I called the 800# and got hung up on, did the chat and went in circles (couldn't find the quote they gave me), finally got the phone number for the Parsippany NJ location but it was the wrong number, back on the phone with the 800# and finally got to a person who couldn't find my quote. BTW - I have an email with the quote.

Easy to make an appointment for the day after I got a chip on my windshield! The appointment was quick and easy. Tyree was great at explaining the process honestly and answering all of my questions. The people at the front desk were so friendly! I was recommended by a friend and I understand why. P. S. park in a parking spot and go to the front desk… don’t drink into the garage like I did lol!
