Finally got the windshield replaced today. Safelight came out to the house and replaced it in the driveway. About 8 months ago wife was driving behind a dump truck and a stone chipped the windshield. Well that turned into a crack during some cold weather. I finally got around to calling them to fix it and they said they could replace the windshield and calibrate it right in my driveway. Totally true. Except the first time that "sara" came out to fix it the insurance co would only pay for an aftermarket cheap one. Which she couldnt calibrate. So the replacement required a removal of the new one and an installation of an OEM and a second visit. I gotta say if I was an investor --that co would be one I would invest in. Great text and phone comms every step of the way and sara was great to deal with. Thank you Safelight!

I called and had an appointment booked for the very next day for a technician to come out and install my windshield. The process was very easy, I couldn’t recommend them enough for windshield repairs. John was so nice and did a great job!!

I took my 2023 ford truck in to get a windshield replaced and during the process they damaged my headliner, I was handed a paper with an upholstery shops number hand written on it . With my 100k truck still under factory warranty I chose to take it to the dealership for the the replacement of the headliner which involves removing all of the interior of the truck, in order to prevent any issues with the factory warranty later on down the road . . they are only wanting to pay for the headliner and not the labor for the repair of the damage they caused while installing the windshield. This is not acceptable, if you choose to use this company for service just know you might be stuck paying for damages and repairs caused by their services !
