Some difficulty getting scheduling to go through. Had wanted windshield wipers installed (none insurance ) and after we left noted that it was not done and appropriately not charged. Not a deal breaker but just some frustrations we did not have with last windshield replacement. All the staff at the shop were excellent ! Just seemed technical communication was a problem! Appreciate your asking.

Replacement and recalibration was fantastic. Only think is the technicians tracked mud into the car at the base of the inside driver’s door. They quickly cleaned it up after pointing it out to them (shouldn’t have to point it out as it was obvious).
