Very courteous person scheduled the appointment. Windshield replaced professionally, at a good price, and in a timely manner. Replacement looks exactly like original. They even transferred over my next oil change due decal.

I called my insurance company and the number directly connected me to safelite glass as the exclusive agent for glass replacement for my insurance. The scheduling process went smoothly as did the drop off. However when I picked up my vehicle it didn't have the toll tags and wash tag. Without the old tags I have to pay for replacement. When I called back I was told that we don't take the old tags off. If I was made aware of that I would have removed them. myself prior to taking the car in. Also, you can see where the technician stood on the inside of the door when working on the windshield. Disappointed for $1500 service

Maxson had to come out to replace our wind shield. He did a great job! Very professional! The computer system wouldn't work the first day so he had to come out the second day with different devices. The Chevy software that controls the computer through the windshield wouldn't contact or something like that but he was determined to get it fixed and he did!!

Had a bit of trouble getting scheduling to work with my schedule. Originally was going to have it done at my house, but due to the calibration for my car it had to be done in the shop. Technician was really sorry about the need to reschedule and worked with the scheduler to get me in as quickly as possible. After picking up my car, I was given the contact information and phone number for the technician performing the work in the event I had any trouble. It all worked perfectly.
