Truck windshield had 2 chips near each other. Tech cautioned that it may not take. Been over 3 weeks since repair and it is doing great. Also needed to replace windshield in wife's SUV a week later. All went very well. Both the lady in office and the techs were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Easy to schedule appointment, quick completion and notification to pick up from shop.

The installer of my glass, Kye, was fantastic. He was a very nice and polite young man. I'm trying to break the window now so he can put another one in. OK, I'm just kidding! 😂 Seriously though, Kye was great. Give him a raise!
The only negative was that the appointment was scheduled between 8 am and 1 pm, but he did not arrive until 5:30 pm. I had taken the day off to have the work done, so it's very good that he did make it.

Greta at reminding you of your upcoming appointment and making sure you know exactly what they are doing. Checking in was easy and the technician was professional. The only thing I would like to see change, is that my seat, radio etc be back to what they were when I left my car:)
