Clasificada como 2 de 5 por de Disappointed and confused! I bought a new 2018 Motor Coach in Tampa. There was a minor chip in the windshield on day of delivery. They arranged for the Ft. Myers store to do the repair as we live in the vicinity. The appointment was for May 3. On day of appointment, we left the coach open for access. Darian was the scheduled tech. He contacted me on the day of the scheduled repair to say he would be coming. I explained that no one was at home but coach was open and keys we in the coach so he could record odometer mileage on his paperwork. Darian did stop by at my wife's work location (Close by our home) and he obtained her signature on his release form. He supposedly made some kind of repair, it appears he was at our home because the indicator arrows I left in the windshield to point where the damage was were removed. He did not, however, leave any paperwork behind for the service that he performed. When contacted, he claimed he left a copy of the waiver my wife signed on the dashboard of the coach. No waiver copy was found nor was any service paperwork left behind. He said that Safelite would be emailing me a copy of the service receipt for my records. Nearly 1 week later, I still have not received said email but instead, however, have received 3-4 emails asking that I reschedule with Safelite to have service performed? Because I have no paperwork showing the claimed work was performed, and repeated emails asking that I reschedule the original appointment, makes me very suspicious of this whole thing. There is no way to respond to them in any of their emails and not a local phone number for the Ft. Myers office location to speak to them locally, only a national number where you wait incessantly for a real person. Disappointed? Yeah, for sure. Suspicious? You bet! Let's see if I hear from anyone clarifying this whole thing.

Clasificada como 2 de 5 por de A little disappointed Maybe I set my expectations too high for safelite simply based on the commercials (my mistake, I know) however I was less than pleased with them for a few reasons. I scheduled an appointment and it was a 4 hour time block, okay, no big deal. But for the appointment I set up, the repair man did a no call/no show. Although I was slightly frustrated I was understanding as to why there was a mix-up in communication between the staff. Fast forward a few days to my now rescheduled appointment. The repair man showed up on time and replaced the windshield no problem. It was only after he left that I discovered dirt, boot prints and hand/finger prints literally all over my car. Inside and out. Seriously? That was frustrating for obvious reasons. I understand the repair peeps have to maneuver around the car in order to do the replacement but perhaps some shoe covers/light gloves can prevent other customers from experiencing a similar situation. All in all I was not impressed by safelite even though I have heard decent reviews from others (and the commercials always look so happy and worry free for the customer). I loved that you can schedule it at your home/work/where ever you are going to be but that was probably the best part of my experience.... well, when they showed up anyways.

Clasificada como 3 de 5 por de Poor communication They brought the wrong windshield and we had to wait about a month for the right one to be installed. During the wait there was no communications. The phone number they originally left did not work.

Clasificada como 5 de 5 por de My guy did his job well Listen the job was fine. What I am annoyed by is the fact that the company continues to send me emails to review him. I give the tech 5 stars but I give the company 2 stars. To pushy with demanding a review. It’s annoying and doesn’t make me want to participate. Stop with all the emails!!!! If he didn’t do a good job you would definitely find out.
