Everything about my experience with SafeLite (initiated thru our policy with Allstate) was smooth as silk. . . until the very end. The booking process was quick and efficient, tremendous follow-up, an appointment the day after the initial call, and Max the tech that did the windshield swap was super in every way. The BIG negative was a simple one -- Max left a tool at our house, and I attempted to get hold of him or the local shop here in Fort Myers, FL to return it. Every call to their "local" number was diverted to their central number in never-never land. . . I never was able to speak to a human. . . got disconnected three times. . . and never was provided an option to ring the local shop. If it were not for the great job done by our tech, I would have kept the bloody tool. Instead, I wasted 40 mins driving to the local shop to return it. SAFELITE -- get a frigging local number that your customers can call for these types of situations. Ruined an otherwise awesome experience.

Two techs came out to replace my windshield. Deandre and Eshon (it was his day off, but he came to help his buddy. He dressed in his uniform!) I had several questions and the guys answered them professionally and in detail. Both gentlemen were kind, funny and very professional. Safelight should be proud to have them on their team!
