I have used them twice and both times they cannot take care of the glass replacement on the first visit. Why book an appointment if you cannot actually do the work the first time!

We have a company that has a fleet of vehicles and we always use Safelite. . . however, our vehicle had a long crack in it and we set an appointment. . . our technician was taken off his very busy schedule and went to the appointment and was told they didn't have his glass in stock (even though they had all the information beforehand of what he needed). So we made a second appointment and the same thing happened again. We lose not only money with him being at Safelite, but more importantly customers that need his specialized skill set are going without. So when they set the appointment for a third time they didn't even notify us until the day before. We had to reschedule our clients. I insisted Kim had to give me 100% certainty that they had our windshield in stock. She called back and confirmed. Finally after 3 times going to the Mt. Pleasant shop we had a successful windshield experience.
