Excellent experience. Replaced windshield on 2011 RDX. Easy to schedule. They had all the parts on hand when I arrived. Website alllowed me to see/confirm my invoice before work was done. Good communication on work status. I would highly recommend.

I had a big rock hit me on the highway that cracked my windshield. This was an insurance claim and I was seamlessly routed to Safelite to fix it. I was impressed that after scheduling the repair, Safelite called me back to clarify that they had to order an OEM glass per my insurance claim, so I had to reschedule my appointment. The installation was smooth, I was kept updated via text. I am very happy with the service.

I was contacted with an opportunity to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was greatly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was excellent. The team clearly explained the replacement process, set expectations, and provided an estimated timeline for completion.
Once the work was finished, my technician was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through the completed work and explain what I should and shouldn’t do following the windshield replacement. He also answered several additional questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving.
Great communication, friendly service, and an excellent overall experience from start to finish.
