The technician that came out to my house (Brandon) let me know he was available earlier than the window I was able to book and I'm so glad he did as a heavy rain storm came through a few hours later during what would've been my appointment! Brandon he was professional and he did a great job in a timely manner with not only replacing the windshield but transferring my city and iPass stickers and recalibrating the front camera. Highly recommend safelite and Brandon!

my appointment was initially scheduled for mobile/at home but it was recommended right after the technician arrived that its better to do it in the shop for the recalibration so I had to reschedule for another day. After that second visit, the recalibration could not be complete because an after-market windshield was used so I had to make a 3rd appointment once another windshield was ordered. A frustrating process to get the work completed right when these should have been known issues to avoid from the beginning.

To our surprise while on vacation a rock suddenly hit our windshield and as a result, we needed Safelite! The entire process was extremely positive. While on the road, the local Safelite location told us we needed a replacement windshield, and gave us the peace of mind that we could safely continue on with our vacation. The follow up communication, attention to detail and replacement process was flawless. Our replaced windshield is perfect. You would never know this was not the original from the factory. They also carefully removed our EZpass and the botanic Gardens passes and reinstalled them. My husband is absolutely delighted with the results and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Safelite for making something unfortunate turn into a positive experience.

We were able to make an appointment through our insurance carrier's website for the day after our windshield was damaged. Our car was taken right in, we walked down the street to have lunch and when we returned our car was ready! Everyone at the center was terrific and our new windshield is functioning well.
